Objectives

1.  In the context of trend of establishing quality residential schools for the promotion of education and also to ensure al round development of Tribal students in all areas, habitations and diversified environment through out the country, the Eklavya Model Residential Schools(EMRS) has been established.
2.  The school is aimed to provide quality upper primary, secondary and senior secondary level education to ST students in Tribal areas, along with extra curricular activities, to enable them to access the best opportunities in education and to bring at par with the general population.

Management of school:
A.  (National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS).
B.  Himachal Pradesh Eklavya Model Residential School Management Society, Shimla(HPEMRSM).
C.  District Level Committee(DLC).
